Placing an order

1. Click the Apple link on the left side of the page, or one of the Apple specials on the front page of the site.
2. Log in using your METNET login name and password.
3. Read the Shopping Agreement and click the I Accept button.
4. Click one of the product families shown on the Apple Store home page.
5. Click the Select button to pick a particular configuration.
6. Choose options for your selection, then click Add to Cart.
7. At the Do you need anything else? screen, you have some options:

   Continue Shopping takes you back to Apple Store Homepage. It saves what you have selected until you finish shopping.

   Pick suggested accessories let you add products which will compliment your chosen product.
   

   Save For Later saves your choices; you can submit this order at a later time. (See "Retrieving a saved order" below.)

   Check Out lets you continue placing your order. Click Check Out and continue with step 8.

8. Sign in using your Apple ID and password (or create a new account and click Continue.
9. Enter your shipping information. Then select your credit card type, type in the card number, and select the expiration date.
10. Click Continue, and your order is sent.

Retrieving a saved order

Once you are ready to submit the order, you can go back to the TechMart home page and access the saved order.

1. Go to the TechMart Web site.
2. Click the Apple icon or link on the left side of the page.
3. Log in using your METNET login name and password.
4. Read the Shopping Agreement and click I Accept.
5. Click on the link at the upper right hand corner that says Saved Carts.
6. Enter your Apple ID and password and click Sign In.
7. On the Review saved carts screen, click Continue.
8. On the Review your order screen, click Check Out.
9. Select your credit card type, type in the card number, and select the expiration date.
10. Click Continue and your order is sent.

Checking the status of your order

To check the status of your Apple order:

1. Go to the Web site http://www.apple.com/OrderStatus.
2. Enter your Web Order number and zip code.

Payment other than credit card

To apply for an Apple Loan, during the payment process under Apple Credit Account click the Apply Now button.

If you want to pay by cashier's check or money order, call 1-800-780-5009. You can do this before creating a proposal or after saving a proposal. Note: This could delay the time in which you receive your order.
